Chris Singer - Editor/Site Manager
Chris took over the helm of Book Dads in April, 2010. Chris has been a stay-at-home/work-at-home dad since his daughter Tessa was born. He has enjoyed a lifelong relationship with books and has been very pleased to see his daughter beginning on that same path. Some of their favorite books to share together are Richard Scarry's Best Word Book Ever, Barnyard Dance by Sandra Boynton and anything by Mo Willems. Renny Fong - Book Dad
Renny has been a public school educator since 1997 and has taught kindergarten, fourth grade, fifth grade, and computers/technology. Some of his honors include: Teachers Network Leadership Institute MetLife Fellow (2008, 2009, 2010), We Are Teachers English Language Learners Microgrant Winner (2010), Turning Technologies K-12 Grant Award Recipient (2008), Hewlett Packard Technology for Teaching Grant Initiative Recipient (2006), and the Toshiba America Foundation Grantee (2006). Ryan LaLonde - Book Dad
Ryan is an Artist, Illustrator and Designer and works in the advertising field as an Art Director. He is originally from Standish, Michigan and grew up with a lesbian mom. Here on Book Dads, Ryan will primarily be focusing on reviews of books for gay fathers. Ryan recently published his first book: Families Come in Many Different Shapes, Sizes and Colors.
